“As with all business, growth and development brings change through all aspects of the company which requires a team that is focused and understands their roles in reaching our goals and aspirations.

I brought Get Real Leadership in 18 months ago to help Identify the areas within the business that were stopping us from reaching these goals and to develop the skills within the team to create a longer term plan for the company. My first meeting with Deborah Clark identified what my aspirations were for the business and her straight forward approach and understanding of what areas we needed to focus on was immediately evident. The next stage was to introduce Deborah to the whole team which consisted of one to one discussions to enable her to access where and what training and support we would require. This was a key stage on our journey and quickly identified problems but more importantly the solutions. 

The team is focused on communication and developing our core values

Further training with Get Real Leadership has focused the team on communication, developing our core values and honing the skills to build a plan that will enable us to get closer to our vision of ‘creating amazing metalwork worldwide’.

We will be continuing to work with Get Real Leadership as Deborah’s honest and straightforward approach allowed the process to run smoothly in what could have been quite a difficult task.
